We will send you an information packet via email. You will need to return that to us prior to your first session. We will review the information and verify your insurance benefits, so we can hit the ground running on Day 1.
There’s no way of knowing how long you will need counseling, so we don’t make any promises we can’t keep. Each counseling plan is custom to each individual client. We don’t subscribe to a one-size-fits-all approach to your mental health.

Of course. If you do not want to use your insurance you’re welcome to pay privately. We accept all major credit cards and can even accept FSA cards.
